Registration

1. The personal data controller is the Empowering Children Foundation with its registered office at the following address in Warsaw: ul. Walecznych 59, 03-926.
2. In the matter of personal data protection please contact us under the following address: daneosobowe@fdds.pl.
3. The personal data are processed for the purpose of recruitment to and organization of the 18th International Conference "Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online", as well as for the purpose of evaluation of and reporting from the conference.
4. The personal data will only be transferred, to the extent necessary to the national and local government institutions entitled to request such data under the provisions of law, as well as to subcontractors for the purpose of provision of the service.
5. The data subject has the right to request from the data controller:
   
   1. access to his or her personal data,
   2. rectification of his or her personal data,
   3. erasure of his or her personal data,
   4. restriction of processing of his or her personal data,
   5. to object to processing of his or her personal data,
   6. to move his or her personal data.
6. The personal data will not be processed by automated means, except for the classification in the form of an electronic database.
7. The processing of the personal data is based on the voluntary given consent, although participation in the conference is not possible without giving permission to personal data processing.
8. The data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time by submitting a statement via the following email: kontakt@saferinternet.pl. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
9. Personal data will be processed no longer than is needed to carry out the conference, evaluation of the conference and finalizing the reporting process for the purpose of the project from which the conference is financed.
10. After the period of time indicated above, personal data will be removed or anonymised.
11. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

- the controller of my personal data is Naukowa i Akademicka Sieć Komputerowa – Państwowy Instytut Badawczy (NASK-PIB) with its registered office in Warsaw at Kolska 12; Contact with the Data Protection Officer in NASK-PIB: inspektorochronydanych@nask.pl ;

- NASK-PIB will process my personal data included in the above registration form based on my consent, for the purposes of my application and participation in the 18th International Conference "Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online", including informing me about organisational details and possible changes to the event programme.

- the Conference "Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online" is co-organised by Fundacja Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę (Empowering Children Foundation), with its registered office at ul. Walecznych 59, 03-926 Warszawa, which may process my data as a personal data controller based on a separate consent granted by me;

- NASK-PIB may share my personal data with entities providing NASK-PIB with services or ICT tools related to the handling of the event and the registration process for its participants;

- the above-mentioned personal data will be processed for the duration of the preparation, execution, settlement and reporting of the event, but no longer than until 31 August 2025;

- I have the right to request access to my data, to rectification, to restriction of processing, to erasure and to data portability;

- providing personal data is voluntary; I have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; in order to do so; to do so, please inform the conference organiser at kontakt@saferinternet.pl ;

- the withdrawal of consent before the end of the event may result in my not being allowed to participate in the event or the corresponding part of it; this also applies if I fail to provide the data requested or if I provide incorrect or incomplete data;

- I have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;

- my personal data is not used by NASK-PIB for profiling or other similar automated decision-making.

- my personal data regarding my e-mail address as indicated above will be processed based on my consent, for the purpose of informing me about future conferences organised or co-organised by NASK-PIB within the scope of activity of the Polish Centre for the Safer Internet Programme, including sending newsletters.

- the controller of my personal data is Naukowa i Akademicka Sieć Komputerowa – Państwowy Instytut Badawczy (NASK-PIB) with its registered office at Kolska 12 in Warsaw; Contact with the Data Protection Officer in NASK-PIB: inspektorochronydanych@nask.pl ;

- my personal data may be shared with entities providing NASK-PIB with services or ICT tools or mail services related to the distribution of the above-mentioned information, including newsletters;

- providing personal data is voluntary; I have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; in order to do so; withdrawal of consent will result in the termination of sending me the above-mentioned information using the e-mail address indicated;

- my personal data will be processed for the duration of informing, using the e-mail address indicated, about the above-mentioned future conferences, including sending newsletters, or until the withdrawal of consent;

- I have the right to request access to my personal data, to rectification, to restriction of processing, to erasure and to data portability;

- I have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;

- my personal data is not used by NASK for profiling or other similar automated decision-making.
